I love the culture here. They are like my little family, super supportive and helpful.Everyone is friendly, nice and always welcoming new agents ! All of the trainings are superb ! Honestly my previous brokerage, they do not offer this type of support. I was so shocked ! Broker is very knowledgeable

Highly recommend B & W to clients and agents. They take such good care of you and make it a point to provide excellent training in the office and on the field as well as providing us with access to trainings with title companies and lenders for commercial and residential! When you work with an agent from B & W you know you will have a knowledgeable and competent agent behind you that will negotiate like a pro!
